1. Make your repair request online

2. Send your defective part

Choose the shipment method with which you would like to send your item to our Warehouse near Paris, France.

3. Quotation

Once we receive your item, we prepare a detailed quotation (free for consumables such as handpieces).

We will get in touch with you by email or by phone for letting you know about the quotation.

In case of non-acceptance of it, the equipment is reassembled and returned free of charge (except for complete units that the shipment is invoiced).

4. Repairs of your item

Once the quotation is accepted, the repair process of your handpiece or equipment starts immediately.

Repair details vary on the failures. However, your equipment will always be sent back to you as soon as possible.

Your repaired items are given a 6-month warranty under normal conditions of use as stated in the user manual of your equipment.

5. Delivery

Once your device repaired, tested and cleaned, it will be sent back to you shortly.
